So after opening a claim with Paypal, I all of a sudden have communication with the FB Nissan, and they said they would ship me a wheel once I close

So after opening a claim with Paypal, I all of a sudden have communication with the FB Nissan, and they said they would ship me a wheel once I close the claim........Yeah, I'll be leaving it open till I get a new wheel undamaged and if they don't reply to Paypal by the 21st I'll be refunded according to the people over at PayPal. I just want a set of four wheels lol! One day!
