issues like this makes us re-think doing business with such vendors. at the end it's just paperwork for the store, if it was me, id prioritize making the customer happy

issues like this makes us re-think doing business with such vendors.
at the end it's just paperwork for the store, if it was me, id prioritize making the customer happy for his FULL set of wheels (ship new wheel with call tag for the damaged one). wtf are u supposed to do with 3 wheels?
