Had to go through this when I purchased my Rotora BBK. They arrived chipped and scratched, the seller had insured them for the full amount but after weeks of exchanging

Had to go through this when I purchased my Rotora BBK. They arrived chipped and scratched, the seller had insured them for the full amount but after weeks of exchanging emails and making phone calls with UPS they basically blamed it on the seller's packing materials and said they ain't covering anything. I always ship with FedEx now.
