Watch your mouth Scott. U keep throwing stealing very loosely here. I did not steal a thing. U tell me u are not paying me back when u receive the cores. So I will file a claim to protect myself from someone like you. The cores land this week. U pay the money back the claim goes away. I will not have a punk like you tell me that I will not get my money back even when that punk received the cores for dealing with Sean. You could of avoided all this by just giving me your cell when I needed it. I called synergy and you start freaking out. U telling me just to use washers for a defective piece was not cool. Sean solved it end of story!!!

If there is a communication problem no one told me about it!

Bottom line is only you three (NeverBoneStck, Scott, and Sean) know what is happening minus whether the parts in question had some issues or not. You need to figure out and which parts are coming back which parts NeverBoneStck is keeping and lastly settle up the bill. Whether that be you owe him some back for deposit/refund/whatever. Or if he owes you money for the parts and service he is keeping.

This public back and forth is not helping your porting business. If it comes to light that he indeed did not steal and therefore is not a theif it is not going to look good. Of course it all depends on what kind of business model you are trying to follow.

Let me tell you something scotty, I work in an the financial industry as midoffice.

I have many times come close to telling people to f-off. But remember, as a service provider you are always wrong. Even when you are right.

You should also not be putting in all these allegations and banter. That's unprofessional. This is a public section and let's everyone see your ability to solve issues.

Tldr, you need to learn what it means to be a service provider if you want to last more than a year.

I wouldnt be if he never started up here putting my name down and asking for full refund when he has all my parts plus his parts and again he wants a full refund. That's stealing at this point. And I think we are a pretty good service provider sending him an upper and lower pretty much for free! But now that he has those free parts we are waiting on the returns but he already did a PayPal claim. To me that screams theft! Nothing can stop him from keeping everything and getting his money returned through PayPal.

Yes that's correct but only what he and "I" agreed to. If he wants me to keep his second m370 that's a deal he worked out with Shawn. If Shawn doesn't want it, I'm retuning to Blaine. Blaine needs to cancel claim and he'll get back his m370 and the correct amount he and I agreed to originally.

Just to clarify synergy and Shawn...He has been nothing but excellent and would do business with him anytime. He will be working on some CF parts for the G down the road hopefully and would gladly give him my money. Nothing but great customer service from Shawn..

He has been great! He sent you two manifolds for free to make up for the missing cylinder in the first m370. But behind my back you made deals yet you're coming to me for a full refund without sending your cores! If you'd of sent everything the first time and not 3 different shipments that havnt even shown up yet, we wouldn't be here right now.
