Would love to see what a built block on e85 could do. The stock block numbers are incredible!

I'm built with GReddy kit and running e85. Making 820.. My Stillen exhaust is killing an additional 60whp that a 3" exhaust would give me. Not so much worried with #'s @ this point. Focus is on setting the car up for planting the power

Stillen was giving me issues too. Not necessarily costing me power but I was working the system harder to get it. Switch to FI and it helped a lot. |

^ I'm interested to see what numbers it makes at home with this Texas heat, I wonder how much of a difference the climate makes?
Edit: I guess my build is 'finished' (for now at least) since we made the switch to E85. -Year: 2007 Infiniti G35s Sedan VQ35HR -Kit used: AAM Competition Twin Turbo EFR6758 -Current HP/Torque: 664 whp / 620 wtq -Current PSI: 16-17 psi -Fuel: E85 -Miles since kit installed: Around 4000 miles -Other upgrades: Fully built long block Arias 10:1 pistons, Carrillo Rods, ID1000, NGK R2558A-9 plugs, CJM Stage 3 RFS with Twin Walboro 255s, Southbend Stage 3 Drag with Upgrade Pressure Plate, and more..

Climate and temps make a big difference. For example we put down 900whp pump gas in 90* with 70% humidity and proper fans. I just did a dyno run last weekend on a mobile dyno 94* with 77% humidity and a dinky little fan and put down 847 rwhp... Proper intake temps make a huge difference!

2010 Manual Roadster
Stillen SC setup Stillen Base Tune 375 whp 292 wtq This was on a Dynojet with Load Controller (?) Not quite what I was expecting to hit, but I imagine it would be higher if I were to get it Dyno tuned in the future. *Had the Coolant Reservoir 90-'arm' on the Reservoir Cap break during one of the runs as well :-/ |
