Is that stainless tubing? If it is. You have to purge the inside of tubing with an inert gas, like argon to get rid of any O2. Otherwise the backsides of the welds will sugar and not be strong.
You're going to have fun tacking all those joints together. Which is what I would do before turning over to the guy welding it. This way you know it fits.
