Went to shoprite today after the gym and I bought this EAS 100 Percent Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate
Can anyone tell me if this is any good? It gives 23g of protein, which is little from my knowledge b/c my last protein shake from whole foods was 40g of protein. Does it really matter? I got my eas whey protein for $20.99.

23g is a standard serving size.
The 40g in your shake came from 2 scoops (2 servings). I haven't used that product so I can't really say much about it. Just try and see for yourself. Good luck

It seems unlikely that a berry can simply 'burn fat'
I have no familiarity with the berry but there are many online databases that contain scientific literature, so I would suggest searching for actual journal articles.
If you can't find a journal article that supports this claim than its likely to be a farce.

There's a "Magic berry" for everything now days.

But who knows, maybe it actually works.
