Okay thank you! I'll look into it, got a youtube vid of the HFC? If so could you paste a link, and if not thank you for your help! Any particular reason why you don't recommend stillen?

I don't have a link off hand but I know there are plenty on YouTube. The reason I recommend FI or Berks is due to sound and performance. I've heard both in person and really liked them. Plus I would say that they're probably the most popular as well. Do a search on both on here and you'll read lots of positive reviews

Berks are 200 cell count and have proven to not fall apart. The Motordyne XYZ y pipe is just that, a Y pipe that gives you the option to run either straight pipe, resonated or with a HFC. Unfortunately, it's not compatable with your exhaust. If you had an exhaust that used the same mount points as stock and is a Y pipe design, it would be G2G. I second PPE's if you want the best. The Momentums are the only shorty I would buy. If you are dead set on having headers, want to keep your existing exhaust, and run HFC's, buy the Z1 (Momentum) headers and HFC.while you are at it, just buy their whole power mod and call it a day. You will get a healthy increase in power. Just don't say we didn't warn you on the install, it's terrible and cost of labor is running about $800.

You can only use 350Z DE HFCs with those headers. So it's best to just buy them both com Z1. Send them a PM and also inquire of their power mod. They have some threads too about it. Just do some digging.

Okay thank you! But I'm not going to lie, I'm kinda dead set on the stillen shortys, and stillen HFCs, or berk HFCs, and those z1s are kind of pricy lol .
But thank you for the help, I'll look into it and pm them and see what can be done, thanks!

The Stillens are crap. The merge collector is garbage. It looks like a Chinese knockoff with the Stillen name etched on it. You will be lucky to make 5hp. Those Z1's will clear 20+. Save up and do it right the first time

Agreed! Steer away from the Stillens. If you want a shorty go with the Z1's.

Why do you want the Stillens so bad? If you do a search you'll find quite a few complaints on them

Because they're a good (name brand), I don't know much about this stuff and I have a budget, honestly now I'm just thinking about goin with berk HFCs and that's it, and the z1s have to have the 350z cats or somethin like that according to ss fire hawk , that's the only thing that's compatible.

We're just trying to help ya out. Just from past experience of prior owners there has been a lot of unsatisfied people. The majority of people are looking for big gains and unfortunately that one doesn't provide it.

Yeah he's correct. If you get the Z1 headers you have to get their HFC's or test pipes but the performance that you get is awesome and it's well worth it.

It costs a lot to put these on so after the cost of the headers and labor, the end result of HP gain isn't there. Just trying to save you the trouble.

I would suggest keeping your existing headers and getting the Berks or FI HFC's.

Okay I like that idea , so I live in Missouri and I'm going to drive to JOTECH in Texas and have them tune my car, with the uprev, and that is a definite, so you think just keep stock headers, get some HFCs, and get it tuned?
And yes I know you guys are just trying to save me the trouble if most people are unsatisfied!

Just get cats and a tune. Why Jotech? You've got to have plenty of closer places that are just as good. Hell, I'd get an Etune directly from Uprev before I drove to Jotech.

Nothing against them but that's a long drive and there's only so much you can do on a NA tune. There's not going to be a huge difference between driving to Dallas and getting an Etune other than a whole bunch of gas money in your wallet.

Because I want to go to texas to visit family anyways, and I can't find any places that do uprev around me. And yeah it's a pretty long drive! Any way you could post me a link of the berk HFCs? For my 2011 nismo? Because I'm seeing things that are HFCs but then say test pipes?

If you're going to be there anyway, go for it.
