The better option would be custom selector shaft and a billet tail housing to use the skyline transfer case and shifter on the cd009 that would fix most of the problems but that tailing housing would be ~$2k machined and the transfer case is at least another $1500 plus an aftermarket controller and the now almost unobtainable hydraulic system for the transfer case.
With a billet tail housing you could retain rev match by adding the provisions for the sensors, since the shifter is mounted in the tcase you would have the room you would just need an extended selector shaft to mate with the shifter.
