There was a Video a while back of two techs taking a Black Series AMG out for a beating...

They were foolish enough to video and post it...Man was that owner pissed....His prize high end AMG being beat..

Looks like I may have to invest in something like a GoPro and mount it prior to dropping it off at the dealership (which I hope never has to happen).

I don't even like them having to drive it one mile, because that could be one hard mile.

Glad they did something for you, but the techs surely need to be reprimanded.

Screw the service manager, go to the owner.

Very politely let him know that your lawyer has seen these pictures. See what he has to offer. Bear in mind that he will probably ask you want you want.
