Thanks for all the help yesterday and info. I am going to book the car in to Euro for Thursday to get the 3m Bra. The guy seemed like he really knew what he was doing. I am going to wait to detail the car until they are done with it.

The forum DIY does not recommend the use of an air-impact. I recommend the use of the electric impacts that have less than 100ft/lb of torque and even then, use common sense! I have contacted Stillen to change the wording to omit the Air Impact option.
I have never 'spun' a stud using this method on several cars. He was able to replace the stud with an oversize one and thus avoid replacing/modding the hub.

Hey man, followed your "how-to" on Stillen's site for installing wheel spacers.....BAD IDEA suggesting the use of an impact. I spun a stud :-( now I have to figure out if I need to replace the entire spindle or if someone makes a slightly oversized stud that is long enough.

I didn't have any problems for a while but the 14th stud I pulled through the spindle spun. Needless to say I stopped using the impact after that and didn't have any issues with the remaining 5 but I'm screwed on the one that is spun.

For the sake of others I would suggest you update your blog entry with Stillen. I've gotta spend at least $100 to fix this now....I'm not saying it is your fault but what I am saying is that I followed your "how-to" because it was on Stillen's site.

What do the spacers do for the car? I see it all over the forum. I have a 2012 Black Cherry Sport. All stock, ran out of money, got a 2012 Pro-4x Frontier too. Couldn't pass up the offer the dealership was able to give me.

I noticed you installed the GEN 2 intake, what are your pro's and con's for that intake?
