I feel the same way when I see the AT shifter...its horrid. They should have made it smaller and sleeker IMO.

I can agree there... I am actually considering removing the plate and adding the 6M shift boot then changing out the knob for the MOMO auto knob. Not that big of a deal to make look good. But they should have put more thought into the way it looks.

Also there would be more aftermarket solutions if people made a demand for it. Doesn't seem many people have wanted to make the at box look better.

Guess they weren't expecting the enthusiasts to buy the 7AT?

What? This car is an enthusiast car in every trim.

But there are inexpensive aftermarket methods of placing a proper leather boot there.
