Yea, kit isnt carb approved however I didnt think I would have this issue as long as I didnt get caught driving reckless or racing.. I was just cruising past a cop and went to shift and the BOV's let off a little flutter..

Apparently if they are not fully recirculated. Cali laws are the worst man. Cop was clearly jealous to cause I am a younger guy.. Kept asking how much I paid for the car and how I paid for it since I dont have a loan out on it.

For the Z? I dont really want to sell it but if I cant get around this without fully removing the kit I will have to let it go. I am not spending 5k+ in labor swapping it back to stock and reinstalling the kit

The guy was nice enough to let me drive it home but yea it has been flagged so if they see it on the road they will tow it.

I thought about stripping the interior and going that direction with the build but I just don't have enough time to dedicate for track days. Have to many toys and hobbies already.

Wow man, so sorry to hear about your misfortune. What SS is saying is get the car registered in another state. If you have a relative you trust in AZ or NV, use their address and put it in their name...you are good to go!
