You can use a q-Tip and some Naptha or Xylene to slightly dab those areas that are lifting up. The Xylene will slowly thin the white back down to liquid

You can use a q-Tip and some Naptha or Xylene to slightly dab those areas that are lifting up. The Xylene will slowly thin the white back down to liquid form and it will grab hold and form out again once it dries..
I use this method whenever my handles are coming up, or when my rims are scratched, or when I have dip thats peeling up in a small corner, etc... Looks good! Need some tint on those windows!
