I just finish welding the Shorty Test Pipes and Y-Pipe this morning!
Last weekend, after finishing tacking the Y-Pipe Ver.1 I discovered the clearance between the end of it and the driveshaft was a little bit too close *1/2''* If I wanted to keep a better ground clearance at the same time. I had to modify 2 bents and shortening a pipe to allow having the exit end of the Y-Pipe to be a little bit offset from the center going toward the right side of car. Its been7 Years I haven't really welded anything serious other than minor stuff at work for like 15 sec welding time on aluminum/steel. Welding Stainless has been since 10 years I haven't touch it but I knew the basic. ![]()
