My Ram extension came in. I had to assemble it. Which is nice. Because the tube that came with it is about 17" long, so you can cut it to the length you need. I cut mine to 11" from ball to ball. This positions it about eye level and just behind you ear. I thought I had a good location for the mic. I taped it to a piece of metal I had welded together, and put it in the rear. Thought that it would cut down on the wind noise since it's inside the car, but still hear the exhaust. WRONG! I had the windows down, and that's what you hear mostly on the video. Wind noise.
Camera settings: ProTune Off, Resolution 1440p, 30fps, Spot Meter On, Polarized lense filter. RAM Mount Plastic 12 inch Extended Arm with Double 1 inch Socket

Just wanted to say thanks again for helping me figure out what to do with those RC ducts. My body shop actually made an account so that they would be able to see the pictures of your DIY. They said it was very well done - which is pretty high praise coming from D&V.
Should have her back tomorrow evening. Would have been today but the duct kit install was a bit more complex than they had initially assumed (wait, you mean we're not just cutting holes in your bumper?!?) I ended up having the ducts painted to match the body. I have no carbon accents anywhere on the car and they looked goofy in grey/carbon (like the car had buck teeth).

Down, forward and slightly to the right should give a perfect view through the windshield.
