When out and bought a tow hook from these guys for my Nismo. Installed it and it's about 2 1/4" too short.

So I had a local machine shop make me a longer threaded shaft. It's 2 1/4" longer.

Make the shaft 2 1/4" longer. Depending on who makes your tow hook. Where the hook screws on at, may be a different thread. It would be best to have your machine shop make you a copy of it, only longer. Here is the thread I did on it. I won't be home until late tonight to look at mine.
