Somehow, which is beyond even my imagination, the phone cords got wrapped around the arm of the office chair and got torn to shreds when someone fighting the stuck chair pulled really hard. Ripped the adapter thingy out from under the desk and ripped the wire out of the rj11 terminal in the wall jack. Hooray me.

P.S. Yes we have two landlines still lol.

They mustve been REALLY fighting that caught wire!

That’s exactly why I can’t find anything in my house. Typical conversation with the wife is her asking me where something is and my response being, ‘Did you check (the spot it’s supposed to be)?’

Her - ‘Yes’

Me - ‘Than that’s on you, I put things back where they came from.’
