this will be so sweet if this pans out for some legit gains. an intermidiate step between bolt ons and full out FI will be nice.

I wonder what effects they would have on a forced induction setup. Could gains be expected to be the same, whatever they are, or does forced induction usually show more?

Would depend on the cam profile. For FI, you don't need as much on the intake events as the air is already being forced in. You do want more on the exhaust events to get the extra air/fuel out.

Cams for FI and NA are typically different.
