If you don't mind me asking, how old are you? I love your viper, man. I'm selling my Z to upgrade to a 2013 GT500 and buying a house at the age of 26.

Congrats, man! Good for you! I'm 26 as well. I've been in my townhome for 2 years now. I wish I would have waited a bit...prices now are even lower than before.
