I think that will vary. Some folks have gotten by for a while with the OEM clutch... But I only make 412 ft-lb and mine started letting go on the dyno.

Yeah, same here. Getting a little concerned at how high the price is going to go now that the hood is in there too. I do like the fact that you can install/remove quickly. That could make it more California friendly. I'm getting the feeling they're backing off pursuing CARB compliance.

I would love to get it resprayed oem but i havent have much luck of anyone matching the chicane yellows..off topic but ive tried 3 different oem color pens. They all come out a darker- almost orange. If they have to drop the power down to near stillens to get CARB, i would still consider it in hopes that the parts could be swapped out per stagekit. I havent read anything good yet from stillen out of the box. Ive stopped the bolt ons after g3 and an ark exhaust after i saw this announcement. I've got a Seibon carbon fiber hood, hopefully there is a way I can modify it, curious to see what options there are as I'm very excited about this kit as long as it's priced right.

Hey guys, I am still waiting on a hood donor to come in. Supposed to ship out Friday... so I should have it in a week. They are most definitely going to get carb approval. But first they need to get the kit launched to support the costs of the carb approval process.

I am going to do physical mock ups next. If this hood doesn't work I will be looking to trade with someone who has a VIS ams hood. That's my back up donor hood.
