Is there an advantage of using this kit vs. say buying a Fast Intentions Turbo kit? Looks like it might potentially be a little less costly, but seems like there

Is there an advantage of using this kit vs. say buying a Fast Intentions Turbo kit? Looks like it might potentially be a little less costly, but seems like there were an awful lot of steps and ongoing tuning required to get things dialed in. Is perhaps the hp and torque curve being more linear due to use of a sc vs a turbo another advantage?

The FI kit is tried and tested as with the Air-2-Air setup we've yet to see any real miles with the kit up and running. I hope the best for all the guys making the Air-2-Air change as it corrects most of the problems with the original Stillen design but we need more miles driven to know how well it works. Other than that it depends on what you are looking for in performance. A SC car responds completely differently than a turboed car. |
