Breaking NEWS - GammaMotors Terminated SAM Contract with the company of of Last week, Friday. Sam no longer works there.

I just got off the phone with Mawjid from GammaMotors.

Can confirm, he was let go after completing the technical portion of Gamma's twin turbo version 3 kit. I was on the phone with them in a 3 way.

Actually he will not... I just got off the phone to confirm the news. Due to the negative reaction/Publicity they feel that it was best to part ways. This fits with the information that I have been telling everyone. Sam also hasnt returned any of my text messages or phone calls since friday which is rare... For Gamma this is good news! For New prospective Customers this should ease your decision to buy. From my conversations with the current management everything looks to be on the up and up. I am working with them on a few things and possibly a build for my nismo...

yea I read into that g37 debacle as well as obviously seeing it here.

it's rough because regardless if they did fire him or didn't they still are carrying the weight of his failure. too much bad PR against GTM and knowing it went to Gamma I see it being a rough road to recovery.

I mean you don't see too many Adolph's anymore do you?

This seems so patently obvious, I'm curious this thread isn't titled as such. It appears Gamma underestimated the animosity that GTM had generated and realized ANY association with SAM is an instant non-starter for most.

Bullit made some outstanding points, however they had to know the history of the person with whom they were associating with. I mean is anyone totally exempt from being judged by the associations you keep?
Hennessey made a comeback (though I'd never support them), so it's not out of the question for this company.

Guilt-by-association is a legal concept and doesn't really apply in The Real World. Birds of a feather flock together.

Maybe Gamma didn't realize what was going on when they bought out Sam/GTM. But that just make me question how well they do their homework. It'll be interesting to see where all this ends up in six months or so. I'm hoping that Gamma will be able to turn things around but have serious doubts.

To those that have lost money in the changeover: I don't see much hope for y'all from a legal standpoint. If you do win in court, you can't get blood out of a turnip. As much as you may hate it, paying a bit more to Gamma may be the only way you get anything at all (except a big bill from your lawyer). I'd still wait a bit before sending them any money. Best of luck to all of you.

I'm glad to see that Gamma made a responsible move to be able to help themselves in this situation. Have Sam finish V3 and fire his *** haha. I hope the best to the new v3 and hopefully Gamma motors can set a better name for the product than Sam did. Hopefully issues are resolved as well in a timely manner

that's what it sounded like they did. I've never dealt with them before. I called later to ask a quick question. He was super nice and told me to call anytime. I bought warpeacelove's unused uprev cable he got in his TT kit and they're still gonna give me the included custom base tunes and everything for my car. I'll keep everyone updated with how my experience goes.
