I'm going to be ordering a set of Bride Stradia BUT I'm trying to determine if I want Low Max or regular... it is just the cushion right? So if

I'm going to be ordering a set of Bride Stradia BUT I'm trying to determine if I want Low Max or regular... it is just the cushion right? So if I got the low max and it was too low I could swap?
I roll with my Nismo Recaros all the way dropped with the side dial that allows for height adjustment. I am only 5'9 but seem to have a long torso. Any Bride guys with Recommendations I don't like seats up high but since I'm not super tall I don't want to be laying on the ground...
