Can someone please give me some info on Bride seats? What's the deal with them, real seats are expensive and the reps are cheap. The reps say they are licensed

Can someone please give me some info on Bride seats?
What's the deal with them, real seats are expensive and the reps are cheap. The reps say they are licensed through Bride and are built the same minus the different carbon fiber / Kevlar shell. Is there a downside to the reps? Such as the manufacturing process ?
