Default aftermarket seats / height

So I'll be picking up my Z shortly, but I have a little issue. It's a pretty close fit for me, I'm 6'4 and have to get my seat / body positioned just right to feel good. If I were to go aftermarket on the seat would I be able to get any more clearance in there or will it most likely be equal to or higher than stock?

depending on the seat you can drop a good inch and gain the clearance you need.

Brides rails will drop you down vs stock rails

Aftermarket seats usually have very precise measurements so you can compare... check the mfgr websites

If you want a really big drop, have a local fabricator build custom mounting points directly off the floor, you can drop it down 3+"

Also, I pulled the headliner right after I bought mine last spring, which gave me another inch or two of headroom... not sure if that's your thing
