I have the Bride Stradia II Sport's with the bride rails and they are 1.25" lower than stock. They weigh exactly the same as the stock seats and rails by the way, and make sure you don't have more than a 32" waist. They hold you in place great though, and the thigh bolsters aren't annoyingly large like the Gias. Only the back adjusts for tilt, no other adjustments, and the rails slide of course front to back. I purchased mine thru RavSpec and I got the RO rails.
