Does anyone know if the adjustable traction control can be adjusted to different levels in different gears? Off or nearly off in 1st grear for getting off the line, or more commonly, just pulling out into traffic on any uneven surface, and with nice "safe" intervention in higher gears so I can just leave VDC on all day instead of having to remember to turn it back on after I pull out of somewhere.

Does anyone else have a problem with launch control not working? Tuner sent snapshot to show that its been activated but whenever i switch to map 3 and try to use it, it never works. To use it i am turning off vdc, pressing and holding in clutch, engaging into first gear, wot, and trying to turn it down with cruise control but car just stays at redline. Tried it at least 7 times already and still not working. Anyone else have this issue or a solution? Thanks in advance!

I believe the traction control intervention setting, which hijacks the oil temperature gauge, applies to all gears; however, I think you are able to change it on the fly. I know this is cumbersome, but it appears to be the only way to have different intervention thresholds for different gears.

It seems you are correct in your sequence of initiating launch control. The bit of advice I can offer is that you must be sure to stab the accelerator to the floor and not ease into WOT.

Haven't tried it on mine yet (trying to baby my stock clutch)..but JTRAN did also tell me to slam the throttle and also mentioned it would not work until the car was up to temp.

Good point about temperature, although I can't imagine anyone who cares about their car (having already spent money on mods) would try to use launch control before the oil temperature is at least 180 degrees.

Is Seb the only one who offers the eTune option? Also, does anyone know his email?

He's doing a dyno tune ( remotely) for me in the 23rd. I getting retuned. I just installed my headers a few days ago.

Visconti does etunes as well . My original tune is his.

Stick with Seb for sure. You should def be able to tell the difference between Uprev and Ecutek. I know I did.

For sure there is. I felt a big difference , I dyno'd 15 whp more with ECUTEK than UPREV and the gains are though the whole power band!
