Does anyone know of any other features ecutek will use the stock gauges for? I'm thinking of replacing the stock gauges and I see people on the forum saying not

I would give Seb a call. The main feature is the traction control which uses the oil pressure gauge. I think you may be able to use the ecutek dongle and your phone to adjust it.

Traction control is done by pressing up or down on the cruise control lever and it registers on the oil pressure gauge.

[QUOTE=osbornsm;3652470See original post for updated details and tips!
5/21/17[/QUOTE] In reading the tips in the first post, I would need to choose the custom tune option to take advantage of adjustable traction control and have different maps for different weather conditions? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Does anyone know if flat foot shifting and launch control will work on a Z that doesn't have the sports package? Do these features require the synchrorev match transmission?

So given that these two features won't work in my Z, would it still be worth it to pay the extra cash and go with Ecutek over Uprev?

If you get a tune from me on ecutek, I can provide launch control with an adjustable 2 step rev limiter even if you have an automatic transmission. Ecutek’s custom programming language allows tuners to develop any features they need, uprev doesn’t offer anything comparable.
