1. Do you have a PS cooler?
2. Are your fluid levels correct after the boil?
2A. PS
2B. Clutch
2C. Brake

The diff has been known to puke once in a while. It's happened to about 3 people here in the forum.

I was going to say the same thing. I am one that lost some diff fluid while driving the dragon. It never happened on the track!

hey so all fluids are at correct level, also no signs of a spill anywhere (no traces) what is a ps cooler?

ps coooler = power steering cooler.

Tip on the power steering fluid level. If you track. DO NOT fill to the max line. Fill only to the add line. Reason why. When the fluid gets hot. It will expand and over flow the reservoir. Leaving a nice mess to clean up. Z1 makes a power steering cooler.

ahh thanks for the info, good to know. Im going over all the fluids on monday, diff 2 quarts and trans 3 right? going to put redline 75w140 in the diff and oem trans fluid back. going to see if the smell goes away

ps cooler worth it?
