a proper 2 bucket wash is not that much water. plus the Z is never that dirty to begin with

as for the toilet flushing, just start peeing in your back yard then when they ask why your doing that . just say to save the water for all theses flushes so I can wash my car this weekend

it is if you live in a desert/dusty environment and it rained for a bit
