Got that right, I could not even imagine owning a Z in any geographic area that does not have 10 months of sun. All that clean up time. Sux to live in areas of snow, ice, heavy rains, floods, wind, hurricanes, tornados, typhoons. Did I forgot any.... Humm.....lets see, that just leaves the earth opening up and gobbling up the Z......I can live with that because it only happens every 100 years.
