Do people really try to do this? Sell their car off as something else other than what it really is? All it takes a VIN check to verify the vehicle information lol

Non-OEM performance upgrades or not, the best bet for anyone to sell their car is privately, as they will most likely get more money for it compared to selling/trading it to a dealer.

Oh yea.

I have a Power Wagon. You should see how many try to pass off a regular Ram as a Power Wagon.

A Power Wagon is close to a $7000 option over a regular 2500 Ram.

Dealer don't care what you have on it. You will only get book on it. nothing for the extras.
