![]() Anyway, 1 & 2 are really autocross and road course issues that don't effect the majority of people. And 3, you know that from the first test drive. You can get a high quality system for less then the added cost of the bose option, also there is so much road noise sound quality is less of an issue. Also I would love to know where #2 is fixed for $300, there are only 2 solutions I know of one is $1k and the other is to cut the tank in half. For the majority of Z owners the CSC and thin paint are the only real issues. |

How about the fact that it's almost 2017 and the car hasn't had a meaningful update since it was released like 8 years ago?

In terms of concept and changes like or not Z34 is dead. Any and all thought should be looked at for the future for the Z35, I would not expect any changes what so ever in the future for the current Z,

Have to agree, Pioneer HU w/ backup camera, stock door speakers, some $40 pioneer 3.5" rear speakers and a 6" 150w bazooka tube, won't win any shows but it's a million times better than the bose.
fix the slave cylinder and you're pretty much ready to go. off topic, never liked the early nismo bumpers but loved the wheels, now I love the new nismo bumpers but hate the wheels. |

I actually like the sport wheels (both pre/post '13) more than the pre-'15 Nismo wheels.

I think we're a Lil long in the tooth for issue addressing. We just need a new car with that turbo engine.
Drops Mic.

My biggest issue with the car is the way it sounds like I have an exhaust leak when I do the Home Depot washer mod

Ecutek actually covers a few bases considerably: -brings some low-end -fixes laggy throttle respone -cooling is a much less of an issue for regular driving (radiator fan timing is adjusted) Not sure if a tuner can override or adjust SRM, but if they could stop it from holding revs during upshifts that be a nice step up. As a daily driver, the only lingering concerns for me atm is the fuel starve, which remedied by driving and fueling habits (although that's lame), and I think my trunk will be due for fixing soon. |
