it's worth getting the sport package. bigger brakes, vicious lsd and the srm, better rims even though i never use the srm, it's a nice option to have.

I was on the fence between Base Vs. Sport for a very short time.
If you are not going to heavily mod the car and swap out the components that come with the Sport package then sport is the way to go. When I first got it I shut off the SRM because I had been driving manuals for years. One day I decided let me give this thing a try, once I was able to disable myself from rev matching I learned to appreciate it. I haven't shut off SRM since then. If $$ is your concern save a little more and get the sport package.
