it does not need to be in CF to be expensive!
the aluminum sheets & rod, cutters, fab time, welding, machining, testing.
It gets expensive quick !

You do realize its a setup that require air pressure to move the wing up and down. Not cheap setup overall !!

im gonna refresh them a bit then take a couple pictures ...




on a another better topic!!!

Look at this 76 3/8'' wing its almost done and just require to drill the holes in the right location then install the mounting brackets.
It require another coat of epoxy then sand it smooth before the clear coat but i might just paint instead...




might want to check that video out!
the wing has only a slight flex with a 200lbs weight... i dare anybody doing the same test with only the extremities holding their wing..
