As the temp is sitting on 27* and supposed to drop a couple more; garage is 60 inside & thermostat set on 70

Probably not too bad considering (0) insulation, except the R1 value on backside of roll up door

Curious to see first power bill since installing

Sounds like 1hr or 30min labor, which would be right, plus the cost of the belt. The car has to go on the rack to replace it. The undertray has to come down. What did you expect?
