I have several additional tool boxes on top as well, so it's not useful as a mobile workstations like you are looking for. But on it's own it rolls around easily, is reasonably heavy duty (75 lbs per drawer), and the price isn't terrible ($170).

There is a light duty one for only $100 but it also only holds 25 lbs per drawer.

Ive gone back and forth on what style I am looking for. Ive owned Kennedy roll arounds and different configurations for top boxes. A sturdy 3 drawer cart with a recessed top and open bottom shelf would be perfect for rolling around under the lift and setting parts/ tools on.

Wow, that is shitty service! Honestly my biggest annoyance is when they come a day early and wake me up because I wasnt expecting them

There are tons of landscaping companies around here (lots of available workforce). So weeding through them is a pain. My parents have tried. I gave up.

I've had to hire landscapers several times for larger scale projects on my property. We've dealt with 2 companies, 1 of which really sucked buttholes (but was very reasonably priced). Long term, I'm sure I'll have to hire someone to tackle some of this, 2 acres is a lot to maintain while working on other things.

It's not the heaviest duty but plenty for basic work under the car. Big, heavy tools fit nicely in the lower shelf. And the sliding top can be very convenient since you can use the top surface and still get inside the top compartment.
