Trust has no current beneficiary. My father was the last on it. I'm intitled to it but I'll have to hire a lawyer and go to court to have it all fixed and that is not a priority for me right now I don't nearly have time or extra money for that process.the accord I purchased with my dad's cosigniture because neither of us had a car.. his truck just broke... So we had to do something fast and needed something reliable that could fit us. Then he died 3 months later. So I worked hard and had the accord but found the Z for about the same payments so I got it cause it was my dream and I expected it to last longer then the accord kill two birds with one stone. Yeas I could probably over the course of a few years save up to fix the house. Not sure if it will last that long tho... So yep call it whatever you want. Asking for handouts. Help. Begging. Idc. It's a problem that is important and something I can't fix myself right now and not sure if I have enough time time to save. So I asked for handouts cool. And post things to sell. G G. Also there are deff way worse ppl then me that need help. I know. I donate money to work charity and give the homeless doods money when I have a few bucks in the car. Doesn't mean I can afford every problem in life. And any help I can get at this point to fix my roof and stuff is amazingly appreciated. I've been through he'll and dragged my self out of most of it. So think what you like about my page. If no one wants to help me that's fine.

Isn't the whole point of this gofundme thing to save the house? Right now it's not really yours free and clear...shouldn't that be the priority? Seems like a small investment in getting this house in your name and sole ownership would solve most of your problems. You could at that point borrow against the house to fix it, and your car.

And let me state the obvious, but the title of this thread is "Don't kill me guys", so you knew this was not appropriate from the start.

Have you even checked with the dealership if it is the SL and if it's covered under the recall?

Every bit of this. It makes a lot more sense to get the title issues cleared up before doing anything else. Why even put money into a house not in your name?

Dealership escalated it to regional consumer affairs, hopefully they will fix it.

The house title... Yeah... that is something I need to get done for sure, but I was told by a lawyer to just wait on doing it till I have time and money to throw at the process especially if estranged relatives come out of the woodwork but in no way is it not mine, it's mine Unless I leave or let it default, i just dont have authority to do anything with the title or the trust. (all the work comments btw...I work full-time+overtime a lot part time jobs look for people with open availability. Tho I do computer work for people on the side when they come to me..) Also Yes im not in total **** right now, it's just a damn fundraiser for people to help me and you all got to blow your **** cause I dont have gobs of cash to throw at these problems right now and think it's all about who has the worse problems in life. Tho both my cars being out of commission is about to be a major issue tho if I lose my job then you will see a real gofundme page for Keeping the house and selling the cars. If people want to donate or even buy the stuff I'll be listing cool. if not you dont have to and I dont expect anyone too, but if someone finds it in their heart to help me out, cool. Iv'e worked hard so far and will continue to do so, it someone wants to help with a fundraiser to help my house also cool. Other then that, chill. It's not like im asking for a few bucks to supply my smoking habit I can't afford (I dont smoke ha) regardless 15k is a ton of money for someone like me. Hell 6k for just the roof is an outstanding amount all at once. Figured my fellow Z comunity would maybe at least spread the word about my fundraiser, not rag on it because I dont have cancer and a broken back. It's not about whos problem is worse. It's about seeing a problem and those who want to help can, if you think my house issues arn't important to you, then fine. Hate on it all you like. Thats your prerogative. Some people may want to help. Some may not. if 15k people donated 1 dollar id have a safe house for my future now. If you want to donate to cancer then please do, im not telling anyone to help me out. I made the thing, it is what it is, see it how you want, and stop being so negative about it.
