Exhaust components tends to be synergistic especially when it comes to scavenging and cfms. The thin wall tubing alone would add noise ![]() But...yes I would imagine that the long tubes are always going to be superior, stuffing a clumsy collector closer to combustion rarely makes power unless there is a snail attached to it, but OP just wants noise :P
