Scott still can't get the facts straight. I asked Scott if he had a ported M370. He said no. He did say he can get one but I would have to pay for it plus porting. I did that. I also paid for the throttle body core fee and to have it bored. Scott assured me that once he had my M370 mani he would refund me the amount I paid for it. Just the mani. Same with the throttle bodies. So I agreed. Scott sent me a defective M370 ported which I paid for causing me to have a vacum leak. I contacted Scott through PM with no reply. I also asked Scott on this thread to contact me in regards to a issue. Which anyone can see. When I asked for his cell he finally did respond said no. It would of been easier to explain the issue over the phone versus going back and forth via pm and having to wait. So I called the phone number on the upper mani and that's how Sean became involved. Scott has said time after time though PM that he and will not pay me back after he receives the cores. He basically told me he will just box up the M370 and ship it to me. He forgets the M370 I payed for and payed for porting was defective. Sean said he could fix it but resolved it with a oem. So will Scott have M370? Yes. But that is not my problem. Does Scott already have the throttle body cores? Yes. The lower mani arrives tomorrow and Sean will ship it to Scott. The defective upper will arrive on Friday. Sean has all tracking #s. So after Sean receives the last two cores I am entitled to my money back. I did not ever want anything free especially any of the porting. I paid for everything even express shipping. I filed a claim to protect myself and let people know moving forward dealing with Scott is not fun at all. Even when I payed for the express shipping which was over a 100.00 Scott sends me a PM saying he is going to cancel it. Than the thief and ex cop and blah , blah and blah comes into play.

Correct. U called me after you found out Shawn was handling the situation which you did not approve of. So yes I did talk to you and yes I did text you. But Shawn had a better and more reasonable solution for me. He also has all the parts and plates for both M370 mani.

I also payed for the porting for the lower mani as well. So nothing was free. I payed for all the shipping to send them back to him. So nothing was for free.. Just keep talking mouth!!

lol I don't really give a $hit. It's not me filing a claim against you. I would be focusing my energies elsewhere, if I were you. But thank you for the belt-fed troll ammo

You say you worked things out with Shawn. Did you tell him in the future he needs to follow your model of not providing any customer service and ranting on public forums about how they stole from you?

He emailed first, I didn't respond within about 12 hours, boom he disputed.

Then I saw dispute over personal email and this started. But again it doesn't matter. He disputed before we have yet to get his stuff. It was days ago he disputed again before I have his cores and over a week ago I never got a mounting plate for the m370. He's mad I said I'm not refunding the m370 money and I shouldn't have to with no plate. I'm still waiting...

But now that he has a ported OEM upper I don't want his m370. I never agreed to buy him one and buy his with a missing plate. He can have his m370 back. He refuses.

It sounds like that's all you have at the moment. Then maybe when you get your cores, you can make nice and get the claim dropped.

Or if you still have a problem, you can continue to be an a$$ and possibly lose the entire claim instead of trying to work out a compromise. You've already lost here it seems. Might want to try and at least stop the bleeding.

No I called first about a simple fix and you said you'd try it. then I called days later when I found out you talked him into a upper and lower for free and he shipped it that day. I don't give my parts away without money or collateral which I don't have because you never sent the plate.

It's a red flag returning half the parts and wanting a full refund! You didn't return your core! No mounting plate, no refund! No ticky, no laundry!

he said she said... rule #1, customer is always right. rule #2, you can't talk back to a customer. rule #3, you can't insult a customer. rule #4, read rules 1-3, until they are embedded in your brain.

to bicker over this on a public forum where everything can be seen is just stupid. you may say you're not running a "business," but you are. if you wanted to threaten him and call him names, wouldn't it been better to do that over the phone so there is no proof? i'm trying to understand the logic behind all this but i honestly can't.

replying on here and insulting people will surely not benefit you any way possible. all you are doing is creating doubt for people who would want future "business" with you. also, if you say you don't care what people think and that you don't want their "business," then just close down your operation and don't offer your services any longer.

i'm not taking sides with either bone or you, i'm simply just pointing out the obvious. both of you seem like little kids on a playground instead of grown *** men. deal with it like human beings. see where each other is coming from and come to a mutual solution. it can't be that hard, can it?

if all else fails put on gloves and go in the ring.
