Nope, all good. Just no mounting plate or lower and he wants all the money back! So even if I get the lower and the plate he just got all the porting for free. Nice guy huh?

Not damaged during shipping it was a defective piece that Scott's only solution was to add some washers to it. But in the meantime he received my mani with no defects. But, there is a lot more to this story. I will let u guys decide when I get home and post everything..

A cylinder in the m370 mani was missing (Motordyne pulls 4 anyways and uses the plate). That's not defective, cylinders can be replaced. But you now have a ported OEM mani we gave to you as an option also because you wanted peak power and not mid range. You sent your m370 with no mounting plate! It's a paper weight at this point unless we make a new plate! Again you're dispute is for a FULL refund! Return my TB's, upper and lower and I'll agree to full refund and give you your m370, TB's and lower back. Simple as that! I'm not fully refunding and letting you keep my parts getting porting for free! You're out of your mind if you think I'd do that.

Cylinders can be replaced? Your solution was to add washers. Seans solution was to give me a ported oem mani due to not having another ported M370. Sean is the owner of synergy which the phone # is posted on the upper mani because you did not want to give me your # to address the issue. So I called the number and asked for you. Sean picked up and resolved the issue. But, you want to cry foul and tell me that you are not going to refund my money because you have no use for to M370 manis. So I did dispute the payment until you come back you your senses. Stop digging Scott. This guy is broke. And he will also threaten your he was a cop and it's bad news for you. So buyers beware..

I asked if you wanted to do washers and you were fine with that. If you didn't want that then say so and we could of CNC'd you a new one to pop back in. But you didn't want a m370 anymore, you wanted a ported OEM one which you now have. We gave you exactly what you wanted! Now you have a OEM ported upper, a ported m370, two lowers one ported one not, and two mounting plates and you want a full refund haha.

Yes Shawn helped you out and gave you a ported upper and ported lower YOU DIDNT PAY FOR! Those are my parts, not his. He's my porter, not the other way around. He did you a favor and what did you do in return? Gave us back no lower yet, not our ported m370 back yet, no mounting plate for your m370 and you wanna keep all that and get a full refund! What planet am I on right now?

I never said I wouldnt refund you! I said I'd refund your cores. You havnt given them to us yet! And again you want full refund. I never said that I'd buy and port a m370 for you, buy your m370 off you and give you a ported OEM upper also without you paying the correct amount! We gave you that out of good faith and so far it hasn't been good on your end!

Like I said.. When I get home I will post the pics and those nice PMs u sent me. Let's be very clear Scott.. I paid for a M370 mani plus the port job. I received a ported M370 mani that is defective. I paid for bored throttle bodies and received those and now you have those in your possession . Sean sent me a ported oem mani because he had no more ported M370 he could ship. I shipped the defective M370 mani back to Sean with all the hardware. For both M370 Mani. I asked Sean if he had a ported lower mani and he said he could get one out to me. Once again I paid for that. I also paid the extra 100.00 to Sean to get 3 day shipping so I could drive my car. The defective M370 mani that I purchased from you and lower I purchased from Sean will be in his hands this week. So I have paid for everything. I do not expect my money back until he receives them. But, do not tell me through the PM that I am a thief and stole from you when the owner of Synergy "Sean" has been telling you what is going on. You would not talk to me about my issue so I called the number on the mani trying to get ahold of you. Sean went above and beyond and I received nothing for free. He is a stand up guy. Unlike you.. Your solution for the defective mani by using washers was funny. Seans solution was I am sorry and let me send you this out so you don't have to wait any longer. Might want to take some notes from him. Wait til you guys see these PMs... Watch out.. He is a gun slinger!!
