Does AC makes a difference on the exhaust tone? That's something new I heard. but video would be nice

I've done a lot of searching on the forum but I didn't see much information comparing the volume of each FI exhaust. Perhaps this can be an informative post for everyone later on.
I think from all the videos I watched 18'' is too quiet for me. If 12'' and 18'' make not much difference. I will just for the non-res
