Just wanted to post in here expressing gratitude for great customer service. The gaskets between my manifold and ART pipes blew out after installing my SC and Motordyne sent me new gaskets free of charge.

I have put high temp on all my cars through the years and it always solved gasket issues for me . Would never put on exhaust , art pipes or headers without it ..

They recommend the copper RTV for exhaust manifolds, can take the high heat a little better.

So the RTV is used in stead of the gaskets? How does it take to cure b4 being able to start the car.
Does the RTV make removal more difficult when going back to stock.

The instructions tell you to put RTV on and then tighten screws finger tight and wait 1 hour and then tighten again. I neglected to follow those instructions and just put a bunch of RTV in there and tightened them down with a breaker bar and waited about 26 hours or so and then played with the car. As far as I can tell there is no more leaks. Sounds amazing and I got my torque back.

Hey foot. Did your Z throw SES P2a00 and P2a03?
I noticed the pics you posted only show a leak on one side. I checked the install on mine and there weren't anything loose or leaky gasket.

Yes those are the codes that have been popping up for awhile. I never had issues with the GTM resonated test pipes except that lacked power and sounded like a$$, buts that a different story. When I installed the ART pipes I got the CEL after 480 miles. Just so happened that I was already driving to HP Logic for a tune. I put 5-6k miles on the ART pipes and uprev without issues, including driving to New York and back. Then out of nowhere started throw those codes. Eventually the leak got worse and worse and people starting posting pics of their blown gaskets so last weekend I became unlazy and I had the same issue. The codes would pop up every 400-500 miles and I just reset it. The RTV fixed the leak it appears so hopefully no more lights.

Wondering if anyone's experienced my problem car throws a p2a00 after 2 weeks if being installed, if you get on it, it turns into a p0300 for random missfire, possible gasket just blew out so bad that the sensor is screwing with fuel trims and causing missfires?
