Yes the SC had water in it and was an issue, But did that cause the issue with the "lean issue on the car"? If so then fine, But why is it doing the same thing with a "NEW" SC, and no matter what he does with the tune the car will not run?

Again all I'm saying is if you know the issue HOW DOES it leave with the same issue, BTW I paid a but load of $$ at the dealer and the car Still doesnt run.

Two issues no? Sc had water in it, and a "lean issue" if the SC was not the LEAN issue what was. So know I have to pay someone else to fix the car???
I know you are "new" on here but I went Stillen becasue the dealer offered me a Full Factory warranty if bought and installed through them.
How much you paid isn't any of my business ...maybe the dealer thought the issue why it was running lean was because of the supercharger ....I'm just saying I don't know all the facts just reading what you write on here

Ok I know what I paid is NOYB, Thats cool,

But here is a question I will ask again,

You get a car with a Lean issue and a blown SC, Do you just have the SC rebuilt put it on the car and never test it again for the lean issue? Then call the customer to come pick the car up and have it still not drive for the "lean issue" and expect them to be happy about it. An if they where not confident in fixing the issue tell the customer up front, and I would have had it taking to the place it is now and have them do all the work. You do know when more than once place touches the same thing it can casue issues?

An you do not have to know all the facts cause its not your car, But you "maybe " should think about asking more questions before you make "Pointing Finger" statements. Oviously I know more than I put on here( Do not have hours at end to write everything down second by second), Sorry

If u brought it to the dealer, and the issue still exsists.
They shouldnt have any problem looking at it again.
Call them up, talk to the GM.
Your are right anmvq, the job was not done right.
Anmvq - Have them do a leak down test with a smoke machine.
fuel pressure check forsure.
I have a feeling its a fuel delivery problem, Infact the supercharger might be working.
But your not getting proper fuel, cause it lean out?
fuckyotech - If this happened to you, who would u point the finger at?
yourself? theres only one person to blame - nissan - they never corrected the issue.
which means, it was mis-dianosged.
Its like you bringing your car into a shop, your getting a horriable grinding noise from the front, the shop says your left front wheel bearing is shot and brakes are metal on metal, the bill 2000$ bucks. You tell them to do the work. You pick your car up, and the noise is still there. Im pretty sure you would be pretty quick to point fingers. as would anyone.
This doesnt have anything to do with a sense of humor, his 50,000$ car isnt running/running like crap, its stressful when your baby isnt working right, you should know that!
Give him a break.

Some techs are very busy, and just dont test drive vehicles.
This always causes problem, as well as hurting there integrity of the company.
I own a Fountaintire, One of the biggest mech/tire retailers in canada.
I have my tech test drive everything, It really lowers the rate of comebacks.
And keeps my customers happy!
this seem like a simple case, of the tech not test driving the vehicle.
Anmvq - did u tell them no test pilots? not to test drive?
i know when my car goes in for warranty stuff, I clearly state - i dont want my car driven, without me in it. They understand.. ive gained a great relationship with the gtr master tech over at erickson nissan, and i trust him to test drive it lol.

No I know some techs are very busy, I ran a local repair shop and a private owned one years ago. I MADE the techs drive everything too. Keeps your busy happy and customers happy, I did not say no test pilots, LOL

This the dealer that installed the kit and I have my"own" tech, One guy and one guy only who works on my car. I think there are or where some other things going on, ( Will get into to that if I can get back up) , But he should have driving the car at least, Last time the dealer put on 125 miles before I pickerd it up after the intall. They had to keep driving it and sending files back to Stillen for the no start" TOO RICH" issue,

Well then, Nissan didnt "complete" the job properly.
Call them, State your case..
They should help you out, As you've owned a shop and as i do too.
Dont come off as an azzhole, no one wants to help an azzhole.
Be civilized, Professional..
Maybe its just me, but when a customer comes in screaming and swearing.
I find it immature and very un-professional, dont get me wrong.. depending on the situation.
Like a tire coming loose, that could kill someone - if a customer comes in scream and yelling.
i understand, but about 90% of cases are a joke.
Had a customer today, We fixed his RR tire, patched it .He came back 2 hours later.
"my check engine lights on, you guys did something! fix it now"
This guy was a complete A-hole, I told him it has nothing to do with your tire, sorry
i cant do anything.
But, if u came in, said "hey i have a wierd light on now, after you fixed this tire"
i woulda went out, scaned it, showed him why the codes on.
and everyones happy.
Being an azzhole never gets you ahead.

Completly agree with what you said, I took the same approach, Come in be civil and I will help you, Heck depending on the issue I would pull a guy off a car and look at it right away, Be a ##### an you luck if I look at it at all.

I have sent two emails to the Service manager( Guy I have delt with since day one), Just asking him on what he thinks we should do, He did before say they where not comfortable with the belt issue an wanted my tuner to look at it. He has yet to reply to me. I will proably send one more email on Monday, Then will take different steps. I normally would call but he never answers the phone, Only recently was I able to get him to call me. But 98% time we talk its VIA email.
