Anyone dealt with 928 lately? My SC arrived there for a rebuild on the2nd and I haven't heard a single thing from them acknowledging anything other than my receipt for

Anyone dealt with 928 lately? My SC arrived there for a rebuild on the2nd and I haven't heard a single thing from them acknowledging anything other than my receipt for paying for rebuild and i heard turnaround time was very short with them. I called and emailed them multiple times before ordering/sending off but was never able to get a hold of anybody but went ahead because i heard good things. Pretty nervous for now i'd hold off on using them until further notice
