Topgunz, have you used the 928 motorsports bov? Think I'm about to throw my cheap one in the dumpster.

First Ive heard of it, but by doing a quick google search I see it has a 1" inlet and 1" outlet. That is not big enough and your bosch will flow just as much as thats the same size.

Also, i could only find a blow off valve. That spring will be way to stiff and you will be calling turkeys from miles away.

Haha, that's what I was thinking.

Honestly, the Tial is pretty awesome. Did you see what that mean sucker did to StillenZ84's filter?! :bowrofl:

Now that my car is getting a built motor and I have a shop that knows superchargers and can do their own fab work trying a V2 is tempting again.

Do it! I promise to provide you with both flex resolutions.

I was looking at that extra tapped hole in the bracket for another pulley. With the sensor plug and angle of the cover, it doesn't look like much room for a pulley.

I want to get the new engine in it and make sure things continue to go well with the new shop and then we can talk about it. When I get it back it will be getting close to track time again ( we take summers off here) so I wouldn't do it right away but I might start gathering parts.

I'm still dead in the water. Just a heads up to anyone who is looking at fuel return / pump upgrades:

Charles just finalized on the design for the new upgraded version of the S1 kits. This is routed differently and has a filter on it, which will allow you to run the Walbro 450. He will be selling upgrade kits for those who already have the current version.

Yeah I'm going to go ahead and get the Tial. What size outlet are you guys using with the filter?

Intercooler arrived today. Man, those Y pipes look awesome!

Another day and another day closer to the build.

Buy a steel 2" pulley and put it inbetween the stillen pulley and the idler pulley on the face of the plate. THere is already a machined and tapped hole in there for it. You would then need to find about a 6" longer belt. This would get more than twice the wrap around the stillen pulley and grip like a mofo.

Do it! :happydance:

Looks like Stillen originally designed the supercharger bracket for a idler pulley to be there. That's why there is a tapped hole on the bracket. Found this on a forum in the UK. And the picture is of Stillen's car.

If you get the right size belt that should cut way back on any slipping.

That's going to be the tricky part. Going to see if Stillen will be helpful tomorrow. I know it's a 2" pulley and it's only going to work with the 9 lb charger pulley.

I'm guessing around 110" belt, the one you have now is 104.5" if I remember correctly.
