From what I've seen in the pics it looks like it doesn't go back on...what some guys have done is upgrade to the Fast Intentions Crash/Tow bar....which is a lot more durable then the OEM one...it will definitely protect ur internals behind it.

I saw the videos. The TIAL sounds good and loud from the outside.haha Is that the Tial Q or QRJ?

Where are the dyno numbers? :)

BOLIO 671 09-01-2016 09:05 PM

Yessss.....Sub'd for Dyno Graphs and Numbers Please!!!!

SlyZGuy 09-02-2016 09:25 AM

I dont have the graph sorry, but the numbers went from 449 wheel to 485 wheel with the a2a + impeller upgrade + 850cc injectors + MAFs. Air temp was 86 and humidity was 50%

TopgunZ 09-02-2016 09:47 AM

Wasn't that before the upgraded MAF's? I thought they were maxing your stock ones out and hadn't re-tuned for the upgraded ones.

That's not bad at 86 ambient. 93 octane? How about torque numbers? At what PSI?

Come on man! If you got the info, share it. Don't be shy. :) You must be too busy :driving::tup:

TopgunZ 09-02-2016 12:37 PM

Yeah im interested in the Torque numbers also since the A2A greatly increases this. Also, what dyno this was on as we all know that can have a swing on things.

TopgunZ 09-02-2016 03:30 PM

Y pipes are in!

SlyZGuy 09-03-2016 09:25 AM

The sheet is still in the car at the shop. I forgot to snap a pic of it.

Topgunz - yes that was the original pull. I don't know what the 2nd run was with the new MAFs yet however I don't think it'll be a significatn gain due to the air temp and humidty the 2nd day, it was about 60% humidity and same air temp.

It was on a dynojet.

I'll have more info tuesday. sorry couldnt be more helpful at the moment.

Also, not sure what boost exactly as I'm not running a guage. I have the 9lb pulley and upgraded impeller which should be putting me in the 10-11lb range.

BOLIO 671 09-03-2016 10:28 PM

Tial BPV for those who wanted a vid. Mind you, it's quieter with the bumper installed.

Yep! It's pretty damn loud though. I've had people come up to me asking me if my engine is ok or telling me that I'm dragging something.

Question for those of you with the Tial QRJ. I'm getting a weird boost loss issue. I've been able to get most of it back by messing around with the couplers and whatnot, but i just wanted to make sure my V band clamp was correct for the bvp.

Did any of you guys have an oring in your setup and is this correct? My clamp is the Tial Sport 001624.

Yeah it looks to be installed correctly. Even if that clamp is tight, you can still twist and tighten the Tial. The bottom twists on just like the side does. I had the same issue and it was loose. Just twist the whole BPV and tighten it up. Might not be the issue but worth a shot.

Thanks, I'm going to check that this weekend just to be sure. I spoke with a tech over at TiAL and they told me to use some blue threadlocker just in case.

As for the O-ring, he said that it should function fine with or without it.

Wow. She looks good and nice numbers!

You have the 5th highest torque of anyone with a supercharged 370z. And on pump gas!!

nic370 09-10-2016 04:46 PM

Looks Awsome
What duty are those 850cc running at those numbers ??

I'm not running a boost Guage so I'm not 100% certain but with the impeller and pulley it should be in the 10-11 lb range

On top of that he is also an automatic Z which is even more impressive putting down these type of numbers on pump gas! Even though I no longer have my supercharged Z it gives me so much pleasure to see the positive results switching over to TopGunZ a2a kit.:bowrofl:

Jazz8560 09-13-2016 09:54 PM

Sooooo I finally got my RFS installed and got my car tuned!!!

499Hp and 377tq on E70!
471Hp and 356tq on 93.
All done on 99 degree weather in Texas! :happydance::happydance:

Previously I was at 401Hp and I don't remember the tq numbers.
I want to thank Topz for making such an awesome kit! My next upgrade will probably be the impeller! Looking to hit 525hp with it hopefully!

TopgunZ 09-13-2016 10:06 PM

This is probably the best looking nismo I have ever seen. The way that intercooler and tial look tucked into the front end tie that beast together perfectly!

Great job and great numbers!

With e85 and cooler temps you will be well over 500. With SI upgrade you will reach 525 easily.

Who remembers when 500whp out of the stillen kit was just a dream?

BOLIO 671 09-14-2016 12:05 AM

Anyone know what the upgraded impeller costs and where to order? I've read mixed reviews about 928 Motorsports' Impeller upgrade with others suggesting to go direct to Vortech. Any other upgrades that you can do besides the 9lb (2.75) pulley and impeller?

TopgunZ 09-14-2016 07:27 AM

The si from vortech is $700 and a month lead time. You can also upgrade to the high speed bearings and run a smaller sc pulley to gain another 25 to 30whp.

And running ethanol obviously helps a lot.

TBatt 09-14-2016 09:40 AM

Jazz8560, do you know what your boost is? Any other mods done?

2016 09-14-2016 10:50 AM

I called Vortex yesterday and for just the Si Trim was $392 and with the bearing $700 or so. Would you recommend doing the bearings as well since it will be down there? Turn around time they told me was 2-3 weeks.

9 psi

A2A kit
Motordyne test pipes
ID 1000cc injectors
320 Aem fuel pump
9 psi pulley upgrade
Tial QRJ
MXP exhaust
Flex fuel tune.

future370zzz 09-14-2016 11:54 AM

Very nice numbers. Any videos of the beast?

Are you planning on switching between E70 and 93 tune from time to time to use regular gas for longer road trips? The only thing holding me back from E85 is the thought of always having to use it and planning trips around E85 stations.

TopgunZ 09-14-2016 12:46 PM

Thats what flex fuel is for.

Kamillio 09-14-2016 12:47 PM

Has everyone here upgraded their clutch when putting on the SC?

Is that 9 psi measured or are you just going on the fact that you have the 9 psi pulley? I'm having issues with low boost using the 9 psi pulley so I'm curious what I should be seeing with the 9 psi pulley and a2a kit.
