Trans. Out To Do List at 100K Miles?

Pulling 7AT, besides the "swap in 6MT" comments , what else should be performed (even preventative) with the trans. out of the way? I already have a rear main engine

Default Trans. Out To Do List at 100K Miles?

Pulling 7AT, besides the "swap in 6MT" comments , what else should be performed (even preventative) with the trans. out of the way?

I already have a rear main engine oil seal ready in case OE is leaking. Will also have a known good flex plate on hand in case mine has cracks.

Entire VR30 trans. with converter going back in, so a converter seal is on hand as well since the FSM says to replace whenever the converter is removed.

Thanks for any insight you can lend.

Valve body UPGRADE
You know, a "shift kit"
I think trans lab makes the kit, level 10 sells already modified valve body's for an "easy" swap.
Billet flex plate?
Have you read this? https://www.godzillaraceworks.com/te...ur-zg-platform

I was speaking of anything not having to do with the swap.

I believe someone offers upgraded clutch packs too. Valve body upgrade, cooler, flex plate.

I would not put the stock flexplate back. Get a billet one from Fast Intentions.

I've been talking to 'Zilla who says most aftermarkets don't work with the VR30 trans. Are you are anyone else you know of using the FI unit?

I have the Fast Intentions Billet Flex Plate with my VR30 7AT swap. It definitely works.

The LOJ flex plate works with VR trans, too. You do need the ARP bolts instead of ones that come with LOJ
