ITB's on a VQ?

Why couldn't we basically "adapt" the vq35 ITBs onto the VQ37? I'm sure that's what would be done if we had a performance house that would actually do it. I'm

Why couldn't we basically "adapt" the vq35 ITBs onto the VQ37? I'm sure that's what would be done if we had a performance house that would actually do it. I'm also sure some race team out there would try this...
